Summermist©® Bengal Kittens and Bengal Cats, Sheila and John Fowler (hereinafter referred to as Summermist©®) have the right to refuse to sell any Bengal cat or Bengal kitten at any time and during the negotiation. Until a written Sales Agreement has been signed by all interested parties, any Bengal cat or Bengal kitten is the sole property of Summermist©® in compliance with certification of Summermist©® by The International Cat Association (TICA) Voluntary Code of Ethics.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Deposits reserve a place on our waiting list and are applied to the sale price at the time the written Sales Agreement is signed by the Buyer/Adoptee.  The acceptance of a deposit places buyer on the list of sold kittens or Standard Poodles and any other interested parties at that time are declined.  Should buyer then choose to decline the sale, that leaves Summermist©® without a home for that kitten or Standard Poodle and that deposit is forfeit unless that buyer requests to move the deposit to a future litter.  If the reserved Bengal kitten or Standard Poodle becomes unavailable for sale due to no fault of Summermist©®, your deposit will be applied toward another Bengal kitten or Standard Poodle litter which may be in the same or a different Summermist©® bred litter.  In the event the Bengal Kitten or Bengal Cat or Standard Poodle under consideration by a Buyer is chosen by Summermist©® as pick-of-litter or otherwise withdrawn from sale, Summermist©® will refund the Buyer’s deposit at the sole discretion of Summermist©®.
